Glad that they closed. Ate there 3 years ago and it was awful and overpriced. I don't mind spending $125 for a good steak... dinner, but I would like McDonald's more. They were nothing like Peter Luger, Sparks or Smith and Wolensky. Fifteen minutes awayis KC steak house in Warrington which is as close as you can find like a New York place. It really amazes me since I eat at 86West so often and never had a bad experience Read more

Apparently the steak house isn’t open anymore. We made reservations for here but were sat next to the bar in 86 west. Our... romantic night was loud and mediocre. No steak for 2 or seafood tower anymore. I ordered a Margarita and I got a pint Glass ofsomething w tequila in it. Still not sure what it was. If I had known we would have went somewhere else. Steak came out beyondwell done when ordered med rare. It was beyond loud. It would be great for a night out w the girls but not a romantic dinner for2. Read more

10/19/2021 Our event held at this stunningly beautiful venue was sheer perfection! The filet was one of the best I ever had and... this was the general consensus from everyone whom ordered the filet. The salmon was fresh and grilled perfectly as my husbandand other guest remarked how delicious the food was. Our waitress Veronica then served our guest chocolate torte cake andcheesecake which is made from scratch as the bartender owns Sweet, Chic and Savory desserts. This is mow my favorite place tohave private events and I hesitated because I know once the word gets out it will be everyone’s favorite! All I can say isWOW! One last thing the interior design is so beautiful that I took a photo of the company name so I could hire them! Read more

We were visiting town (Mercer Museum) and didn't have reservations, found the place last minute using Google Maps, showed-up,... and they seemed reluctant but gave us a great table. It became clear really quickly that the place was getting busier thanexpected. While they weren't able to get to our table as quickly as we would have liked, they were clearly working hard to keepup with the sudden rush. I have to say everything we ordered was superb. The cocktails were great. I had the Panko Scallops, which I really want more of right now. My dinner guest had the Rack of Lamb, which I got to share in a bit and were very good. This place has it together, even under pressure. I'm very impressed. Read more

Ate there twice, both times disappointing. Ordered a rib eye steak, baked potato everything on it, Caesar salad, and a drink.... The Caesar salad was terrible. It was Romain lettuce with squeezed lemon on it. The croutons were good. It was as far away froma Caesar salad as you could imagine. The owner should walk over to Nats Pizza and try their Caesar salad. The main course came. The plate was warm but the steak was cool like it had been cooked early (correctly med rare) and put into a oven before beingserved . The everything baked potato was dry like it had been sitting in the oven for two days. In another visit, I had thescallops. They were gummy and cold. There was a coating on them that was not good. Service was good atmosphere was good. Maybeit’s me but I don’t think so. I wish them the best Read more

This is not a 4 or 5 star steakhouse. It is a shame, you are paying $42 for the location and not the quality of the food. I... ordered a rare steak and received a medium cooked steak. Which was understandable since it was very thin. Don't get me wrong theis good, it just does not warrant the prices. You can get a better steak at Outback. We have been here 3 times and each time thequality has been lower than the first. Read more

Always wanted to try it out since it opened this past summer. Food was a little salty (risotto cake special, crab cake, mushroom... shumai): - Mushroom shumai drenched in too much soy sauce. - New York Strip was requested medium-rare, but servedmedium-well. Despite this, the food was very good. Favorites included the crispy octopus, grilled swordfish, truffle Parmesanfries, risotto cake, and crab cake. The interior is amazing! I had previously been when it was the Knight House in winter 2012.The SSSS is more inviting and homely. I would recommend. Next time I visit, I’ll try your scallops. Read more

Don’t waste your money on this place. Raspberry margarita was undrinkable. Tasted like sour pink lemonade at best. The NY... Strip, ordered medium rare, was so tough, I couldn’t chew it. Yes, service was good, but can’t make up for the lack ofquality preparation. No wonder the place next door is always packed and this place is empty, despite being owned by the sameperson. Read more
