Whenever the drive thru line is too long I go inside to order my food. There are random days when the lobby is closed but there... is no sign indicating that. I understand that some businesses are understaffed and that is fine, but at least communicate withyour customers and tell them that. The workers are great and friendly and the food is good tho. Just arrived at my destination with my order from Wendy's in Doylestown. I want them to understand something. An asiago CHICKEN... sandwich does not include BEEF. You do realize that there are people in the world who cannot eat beef and now I don't have asandwich because I can't physically process beef in a sandwich I ordered the chicken sandwich because of that. Asked for extra lettuce on my sandwiches, got none. After coming back around was told they were out. This would have been... something I would have liked to have known at ordering, as I would not have. If you're out you're out, it's kind of to beexpected these days. Just tell people ahead of time. Otherwise service was ok, but already having a crummy day and this did nothelp. Not likely to come back. Read more
Horrible !! I ordered a honey chicken biscuit they tell me they don?t have any biscuits. I agreed to them putting the chicken on... a what was supposed to be croissant croissant. I got a cold croissant & a burnt chicken patty piece. To top it off The littleboy at the window who took my order has no manners. This place is a joke !! Read more
Not a bad Wendy's experience for me. Staff was all friendly and polite. Parking lot and drive thru were clean and was actually... being clean more as I was there. The apples in the kids meal were turning brown. I tried the parmesan chicken salad for the very first time. It did look good, ... but there was just lettuce, 4 little tomatoes, and a few cheese slivers. I don't know what I was expecting, but I thoughtthere would be a little something more to the salad. This location needs to open the inside entrance. Only drive through and sometimes wrapped around the building. I don't get why... the inside entrance isn't open. Many times I leave because drive through is to long a wait. Read more
