I don?t understand why it?s a huge deal to order in the morning I mean this is a fast food breakfast joint right ? I say this... because the girl who takes your order in drive thru is so rude and makes you feel like your bothering her so by the time you getto the window it?s already an awful experience! I won?t ever come back I don?t want to be a bother to these people anymore thishonestly use to be a great store but the new people yeah they aren?t good at all and that?s putting it nicely ! So if you wantto start your day off with an attitude then by all means but I advise people to not go early in the morning because it?s not agood way to start your day ! Read more

Nice staff, accurate orders & the donuts are dangerously good!
The ordering process at this location is not very good. They take your order, get it ready, place it in the completed order area... but they don't tell anyone who's order is ready. Three times I had to fumble through to figure out which order is mine. Inoticed other people wondering if their order is sitting waiting. Who puts a chocolate covered donut with the chocolate sidefaced down in the bag? This place does and it has happened here twice. Hope you don't need a credit when they screw up yourorder - it takes a LONG time for a credit. Read more
New design at this location, fine. Training a new employee during busiest time, not smart. Waited 30 minutes for my order and... had to ask for cups and sugar...ordered a box of joe. They didn't bag everything and over stuffed the small bags so theyripped. Seems totally disorganized compared to other locations. Read more
