Placed a mobile walk in order. The doors are locked and their making you go through the drive thru. I didn't have time to wait... in the drive thru. Worst customer service I've ever experienced. Dunkin seriously needs to rethink their management team here. Read more
Slowest/Worst run DD I have ever had the misfortune to go to. Every morning they take a least 5 minutes to respond to the... drive-up order, then another 5 at least to give you the order at the window. Free donut day on Friday the doors were LOCKED,and the drive-up was packed!! Read more

This message is for the owner . I was so happy when this first opened because it was in the perfect location on my way to work. ... Unfortunately it is extremely poorly run. There is never decaffeinated coffee made especially in the morning. I have to goinside instead of through the drive-through to ask for it because every time I do it's never made and have to wait. It is alsonot clean inside. It's Disappointing because you are in such a great location. Please take the time to improve your business. Read more
