Location is gross and poor food. Looking run down and in need of a face lift. Ordered two shakes, both were runny about like... buttermilk, did not need a spoon for the shake only needed a straw, purchased two medium shakes, about 1/2 was whipped cream,$3-5 for one scoop of ice cream!! I loved Apollo and usually their service is great but this location is super disappointing. Literally every single time I?ve... come here (because I live close) I ask for extra well done & I always get a super pink burger. Super disappointing for the priceof a meal. I get a few bites in & can?t eat it anymore. There is no way that?s cooked to state standard of 165 degrees. Read more
Wow ?had a Wonderful lunch. Had the Apollo Burger Combo with Onion Rings. Fantastic pastrami on my burger with melted cheese.... Topped with lettuce tomatoes and special sauce. Onion Rings are the best, nice crunch with tender onions. French Fries came hotand crunchy. Just the way the should. Everything is made to order so it comes fresh. We easy to see from the street with easyaccess. Read more
Terrible experience at this Apollo Burger? I asked if they could use the Vegan patty on the mushroom burger? after waiting in... line at the drive thru for 10 minutes, I drove home to discover not only had they wrapped the thing in lettuce and left off thebun for some reason, but I also bit into a piece of cardboard? maybe they confused it for a mushroom while cooking?! The lobby is poorly maintained, and could use better cleaning. The staff were pleasant and helpful. The food was well made. The... burger I got, the Utah burger, was good. I would come here again, but only if I were in the area. Not somewhere worth going outof the way for. Read more
The burgers are good but they keep burning the onion rings. This was the third time I ordered them and they were burned again.... Very disappointed. I don?t recommend. Too expensive not to be able to enjoy the food Read more
This restaurant was our second choice since our first choice has an hour wait. I should have known what to expect with the sign... on the door saying basically please be patient due to the labor shortage. First off there was no line and the restaurant wasnearly empty and there were at least 6 people behind the counter. We typically love these Greek burger chains and went out ofour way to go to Apollo Burger over Astro burger, because I like that they don't shred their lettuce. We placed our order andtried to find a clean table. Nearly every table and/or seats in the restaurant was dirty. I think out of 36 or so tables only 2or 3 were occupied and they were all dirty. We finally thought we found a reasonably clean table and when we approached it wediscovered why, the seat was broken (see picture). When we finally settled on a less dirty table and our order was called mywife found that her burger was burned to the point that it wasn't edible. I got the Apollo Burger and it was good even thoughthe pastrami was cold. I got the onion rings even though I had a vague memory that they weren't very good and my memory wasright. Onion rings taste like they were frozen with very bland breading. I will remember next time not to get the onion rings.The fries are always good here and they didn't disappoint. They only had prepackaged fry sauce and for me it is not as good asthe stuff they normally serve This was probably the worst experience I have had dinning out in recent memory. This experiencedefinitely merited 1 star, but because I have been here when it has been good I will give it 2 stars. Furthermore the place didnot seem understaffed, especially based on the number of customers, and they really had no excuse that the place was so dirty. Read more
If I could leave no stars I would. No wonder this place looks like it?s not busy, it isn?t. The inside is disgusting! The place... is run down, as majority of the seats are torn up. Dried ketchup is all over the place and you can tell it?s been there forweeks. The restaurant has a sign up asking patrons to be patient with them due to shortages? if you can?t clean up the drinkstation or tables, or your restrooms, close the dining room down and do drive through only. My hamburger wasn?t even cooked, itwas bright pink. When I brought it to their attention, the girl was mortified that the cook passed off the hamburger that way.The lady running the grill was irritated that I wanted a cooked hamburger and not food poisoning. From other reviews this seemsto be a common thing, which leads me to believe if they have no problem doing that, what other food borne illnesses orcontamination is going on there. Looks like the Health Department needs to make a visit. I will not be returning to thislocation and would advise anyone else thinking to visit here to do the same or until there is some care taken to the way food isprepped and served. Read more
