There are definitely other locations I would prefer to go. Very distracted, loud, childish employees. If you?re someone who... values good customer service THIS LOCATION IS NOT FOR YOU. Not sure if it?s a lack of training or if the management staff isjust super young and they don?t care who they hire, but definitely not the friendliest or most efficient Cold Stone. Read more
This place is absolutely disgusting! It smells like puke, I don?t know if it is crazy old ice cream spilled on the floor or... what, but it is awful! The tables and floors were dirty despite the location not being busy. The employees looked grungy andunhygienic, and disappeared halfway through our ordering. The door and above the door is covered in a huge layer of dust andgrime that is disgusting. Read more
The girls that worked their were super nice! Unfortunately the establishment smelled like garbage and was the dirtiest place... I?ve been to in a long time. I can?t believe it would pass inspection and be able to stay in business. We love Cold Stone butwill take note not to come back to this particular one. Read more
I just left and they were so kind! They told me how old I have to be to apply and how much they make! Also the ice cream was... excellent. A woman working there was so happy and joyful it made me feel very happy inside. I rate 5/5 would come again! Read more
If I could give 6 stars, I would. My favorite ice cream: Number 1: cold stone Number 2: McDonald's I get a cakebatter with... cookie dough, I always get the same thing, so stick with what you know. Read more
Haven't been here in awhile and it was amazing! The Chocolate Almond milk is a wonderful flavor and I will be back for more.
