Not a great first impression. Dirty tables. Apathetic staff. Good thing the sandwiches are solid.
Poorly ran, ??..6-7 employees working and 1 person was making the sandwiches. I watched her multiple times slip food into her... mouth with gloves on, the same gloves she was making sandwiches with. ?Subs so fast you?ll freak? does not apply here. Expect towait 15 minutes for your sandwich. I waited 16 minutes for my sandwich, not a big deal because I was not in a hurry. The other6+ customers waiting before I even got there had a few choice responses for the long wait. Employees need training,??. Clear andsimply. Customers come first, ??at least 2-3 people on the sandwiches and you?ll improve your service tremendously. Read more
For a place that advertises how fast they are this location seems to have hired the wrong employees or management hasn?t trained... them well enough. It took 20 min for them to make two sandwiches with no one in front of us. Most of them aren?t even workingbut just wandering around. They were rude to us while ordering and when giving us our sandwiches. Other jimmy johns would laughat these results. The reason you go to jimmy John?s is for speedy friendly service. I've ordered from here several times and every time they get something wrong. I call and talk to the employees but no one cares... and they never make it right. I don't understand when they have written instructions (online order) how they always get it wrongbut what's more upsetting is how little they care about messing up your order. I've paid for things that they've not deliveredand they've promised to bring it over, they never do. I do not recommend this place at all and I've always been very fair aboutplaces on my reviews. I cannot express how poorly run this store is. There was a kid literally in ceiling, goofing off and GROWLING at me and other... customers. The other workers just let him allow it. Will never come to this store again due to safety and health issues here. Read more
Pretty hard to beat the taste, quality, and speed of service at Jimmy John's. The bread has the perfect density for this style... of sandwich, and you have the option to un-which any sandwich (create a lettuce wrap). I have never been disappointed with anysandwich from any location. Read more
The atmosphere was fair. The volume was good. Playlist was good. Staff was friendly. Pricing was OK. Additions however minimal... are expensive. Nothing really bad to say? I got the gargantuan? And it was not that big. So in that sense it was pricey, Ieasily ate the whole thing in one sitting. Read more
