Sandwiches were not very good, thrown together with very little veggies. We were not given straws for our drinks or the kickin... ranch I ordered. I was very disappointed seeing as I'm pregnant and I can't have deli meat. So I have to get the veggie sandwichwhich is not very flavorful. Read more
The employees were dealing with a huge system shut down the Friday before the holiday weekend with a large line? not one... employee there was rude, they were all so apologetic and worked so hard to help get us served! You could tell it was a stressfulsituation and they all handled it so well!! Customers were frustrated and they did everything they could to make it the bestexperience in a bad situation that was out of there control. I just wanted to let the staff know they are AWESOME!! This Jimmy John's is inside of a gas station, but it has plenty of seating and delicious sandwiches. The employees were nice and... had good customer service... I think most of them were 14, so they were excited to work. Got through my order fast, but not as"freaky fast" as other JJs I've been to. Overall, I'd go here again. Read more
Every Saturday I usually get a sandwich from this location on my way to work right around 6:50pm and have had lots of great... experiences, but my last two experiences have been really poor. The first of these two experiences there was hair baked into thebread. Not just in or on the sandwich, inside the bread! I didn?t like that obviously, so I reported it to, I think, corporatewho redirected my report to this location. They kindly emailed me back and asked if they could send me a gift card, I gladlyaccepted! I generally love Jimmy johns and was happy with how they resolved this. I received my $10 gift card and decided topick up Jimmy johns on my way to work again on Saturday may 15th of 2022. As per usual, I pre ordered my sandwich before Istarted my 20 minute commute to work, then stopped at this location. They hadn?t even started my order yet? I got there at 6:50and had work at 7pm. I didn?t leave the location until 7:03 and was late to work. The employees did give me a free side for thewait, but it was still quite frustrating. I do like the food and I?ll likely be back, but I really hope I don?t keep havingexperiences like these. Read more
I ordered through DoorDash just prior to close not knowing that this JJ closed at 9:00 pm. The gentleman there had my sandwich... ready to go and waited for me to arrive before closing the doors and treated my very politely. Thank you for the greatservice in the small things. Read more
I just spent $16 on a sandwich that was prepared by careless teenagers who were more interested in screwing around, singing to... music and flirting with each other than pay attention to my order. Sloppy sloppy sandwich and they forgot my guacamole! Which ofcourse I paid "extra" for. I know nothing will be done about this, but it sucks enough to warn other people, you're better offgoing to the 123rd South Draper location. Don't waste your money. This isn't the first time, should have learned my lesson...shame on me I guess. Read more
Not particularly happy with our sandwiches. Not only did it take longer than usual to get the sandwiches, but they had the bread... taken out on the top portion on 2 out of the 3 sandwiches, we did not request this, we asked for extra mayo and peppers on 2 ifthe sandwiches, not certain we got it on either. And they were very light on the rest of the toppings for all 3 sandwiches andthey seemed to have been smooshed flat. I probably won't go back to that location. Read more
