Went in took a simple order of their 3 most popular (pepperoni, cheese, and Hawaiian) they said it would be a little wait for... the Hawaiian. Waited 5 min for the order and they gave us our first two pizzas. We went ahead and checked to make sure it wasthe correct first two. And it wasn?t. They ended up giving us two cheese instead of one pepperoni and one cheese. We told themthe mistake and they had to go look for our pizza. Then we waited 15 for the Hawaiian and then asked how much longer the waitwould be. They ended up not even had made our order yet and had lost the order information. We waited another 15 min for theHawaiian and then they asked us what order we were waiting for even though we have told them 3 times before and they looked forthe order again only to find it sitting on the shelf not being kept warm. We oerder a 5 meat pan pizza and two of us got extra chewy pizzq.. turns out our pizza had an additional ally serving of... cardboard! Ya can't make this stuff up! Never have I ever....!!!! 1 starts being nice. Called to let them know 5 ti.esand no oneanswered the phone! Read more
They were understaffed.. Not their fault. But I ordered online, waited the the 35 mins.. and when I got there the lobby was... packed.. mostly with people who had also ordered online.. but there's spiffy little hot case that is supposed to be for peoplewho ordered online to not have to wait in line.. was completely empty. So there's one person at the register... Trying to dealwith people ordering in the store.. as well as find all of the online orders that for some reason we're just on a shelf... notbeing kept warm..???? I thought that was the point of the case in the lobby is so they could deal with the instore orders ..andnot have to deal with the online people. Any amount of time it may have taken to put the orders in the case.. Would have atleast been worth the effort, v.s. the commotion in the lobby. Read more
Been coming here for a few times maybe 6 times over the last 2 weeks for lunch break. I work down the street so it fast and... cheap. My opinion on the service is ok they always seem to be in a hurry. The food is meh! The crust is always thin and dry,there's hardly any sauce on there with the crust not being able to rise like a good pizza dough does, I'm not sure what else tosay about this place they just don't care clearly and looking at other reviews people feel the same. If you want great pizzaeverytime go to the Little Caesars in riverton on 12600th s just west of redwood there you will get quality and taste yourlooking for. Corporate should step in and do some coaching on this shanty of a place. Read more
This was the worst pizza I have ever order I give it a zero. I ordered a extra moat best pepperoni that was probably made... yesterday and left in the oven. We couldn?t even eat it without hurting our teeth. The cheese is grey it?s so old. I mean I canhold it up and it doesn?t even fall apart. Horrible I don?t recommend this place. Read more
We ordered 2 $5 pepperoni pizzas. One had the crazy crust on it. So the plain pepperoni was fine but the pepperoni with crazy... crust was over cooked to the point that the crust was a cracker! (It also was very thin-obviously they didn?t let it raise longenough.)No reason to even eat it and it?s the one that had the crazy crust that we paid extra for. I don?t know how that pizzadidn?t just get chucked! Tried calling twice about it and they never answered the phone. The second time I stayed on for 10minutes and it just rang and rang. It?s little Caesars pizza. What else do you need to know. If you seriously have never been there then you need to know they are... famous for their five dollar large pepperoni or cheese pizza that?s hot and ready for you to pick up without ordering ahead oftime. At this location the staff is always super friendly. The last time I was there there was a problem. The manager wasfantastic and took care of me. This is a great place. Read more
Worst little Caesar?s service I?ve ever had. First customer in line. Ordered my food. 1 cheese, 1 pep. Was not ?hot n ready?. No... where close. Waited 27 min for food. Order behind me for his pizzas 5 min before me. Manager didn?t care. Better to drive out ofway to further little Caesar?s than this location. Read more
