The flavors at Maize are knock your socks off good! I admit that I ordered the carne asada taco bowl both times we?ve been here,... I loved it that much! My husband is a burrito guy and he went for the surf and turf. The kids loved the carnitas. Both the redand green salsas are delicious and worth trying. Brand new taco restaurant in Draper. It is so good! The lobster tacos are delicious with a generous amount of lobster on 2 blue... corn tortillas! The shrimp taco is also delicious but smaller and on a regular corn tortilla. Their guacamole is very tasty. Myhusband really likes their hottest salsa and the salsa verde. The restaurant is bright and cheery. The staff was very helpfuland kind. The owner is very nice. We will be going back often. Read more

The food is outstanding. Probably the best tacos in the area. The homemade corn tortillas are delicious. I tried 3 of the... tacos... shrimp, lobster, and carnitas. Not a single complaint. Very good food.\n\nI would have given this place a higher ratingbut we had communication issues. One of our grandsons wanted a bean and cheese burrito. It\'s not on the menu but they have theingredients. Try as we did, we couldn\'t communicate the request to the staff.\n\nOne other issue is that, although the salsabar has a great selection and is also delicious, the sneeze guard wasn\'t screwed on. It was simply hanging off the back of thebar with no protection over the food. Read more
