Worst service ever. Waited 10min just to have someone address me after me patiently waiting in the lobby and making eye contact... multiple times with the manager. Received my food 15min after that for simple breakfast burritos. Sad. Poor management. Badservice. Will not be coming back. Could not go through the drive through as I was driving my semi truck. Today I drove through the drive-thru and tried to order a meal. The person on the intercom greeted me, then I asked a question... about the menu and she didn?t respond. Then a car pulled up in the other lane and I heard her take that order and then not comeback to my intercom. Finally she greeted me again and I tried to order. No response. I gave up and pulled around to the firstwindow. The young man at the window didn?t know the difference between a deluxe and a non deluxe chicken sandwich. At the secondwindow I was handed an iced coffee that was half creamer, half coffee. I tried to ask if they wouldn?t mind remaking it and theylooked at me like I was crazy. Then someone from behind the window attended yelled to have me pull around and wait for theremake. (Literally 1 car behind me in the whole drive) The remake of the coffee came out half water and half coffee this time. Igave up and left. This sort of service and quality is terrible. I used their app to place an order. The order was 20 pieces of Chicken nuggets and three large fries. The fries were old and... cold. I?m pretty sure they were ready from the night before. Without question this is the worst McDonald?s I have ever experienced in my life. All drive through or deliveries are wrong or... canceled. And to communicate with anybody that works here is requiring three or four different language skills. Horribleexperience. Oh yeah, the food is atrocious! Read more
