Normally this is my go to location, I placed an online order for a medium pepperoni pizza with extra black olives added, came... home to realize I got an olive pizza with 0 pepperoni. Of course I cooked it because my kids were hungry and it?s nearing 7 oclock, I called to let them know and they told me because we?ve eaten some of it they can?t do anything. Not even a single ? I?msorry?, I get it gets busy but I paid $14 for a medium pizza with olives on it. Compassion is all it takes to make someone feelbetter or yet an apology for their mistake. I wouldn?t be leaving this review if they weren?t so rude about the approach, but Ididn?t feel they corrected their mistake, and their illiteracy costed me money. The family was excited to eat the Mediterranean pizza tonight. We ended up moving the toppings to one side for the kids. The... tomatoes didn?t taste right, like they were a bad batch or something? Kind of disappointed. Also the last time we had normalcrust and forgot to ask for it again this time. The employee didn?t ask what crust we wanted and we ended up with the thincrust, which we didn?t like either. Oh well. At least we don?t have Covid. We had the Thai Pizza the other night. I love this pizza. I ordered it over the phone and picked it up after work. My only... complaint is I wish there was more zucchini on it. The pizza is good but they just don't seem to care about customer service or feedback. If you look at the reviews, the recent... reviews seem to be much worse than the older reviews, so not sure if they changed ownership or management but something isbroken at this store. I've had multiple bad experiences with this location. We will go somewhere else where they actually seemto care about their customers. Read more
