What happened to my beloved Cafe Trang? This new named "Bistro" is not up to their standards. I've been going to Trang since the... 80's when it was on Main St downtown. The pork wasn't charbroiled like it should be. The peanut sauce for the fresh spring rollwas thick like pudding. Not impressed. Read more
