What happened to my beloved Cafe Trang? This new named "Bistro" is not up to their standards. I've been going to Trang since the... 80's when it was on Main St downtown. The pork wasn't charbroiled like it should be. The peanut sauce for the fresh spring rollwas thick like pudding. Not impressed. Read more
They have opened this new location recently and I?m very glad to have another amazing bistro place near home! The restaurant is... pretty big, at the back of the restaurant the tables have beautiful view of the valley. The service was slow, but the younggentleman who was serving us was very new and was going through training. We tried 4 different items and all of them weredelicious. The portion size was good and ever dish had enough meats/seafoods. Very clean restaurant with abandoned parkingspots at the front. Will definitely come back to try out their other dishes. Read more
