We were VERY dissatisfied with our order! It tasted like our pizza was dipped in garlic. It was almost inedible. We also order... parm bread sticks that also were very garlicy. We only ordered from here because we heard it was under new management and hewas trying to build their reputation back up. We will NOT order from there again!! Read more
There were 6 people ?working? and only one person had proper work attire on and actually seemed to be doing their job. 4... different people asked if I was there for a carryout and there were 2 kids running around the place. This is a superdisorganized store. Read more
The addition of the cherry coke made my day!! Last year this store was terrible: the employees were rude and I got food... poisoning several times. bUT WHAT A YEAR CAN Do!! The employees are caring and clean, they are speedy with orders andeverything is perfect. I couldn?t be happier with these changes. I ordered a large pizza with garlic parm sauce on line. The "tracker" said I was successful and it was being made. The store... called my home phone but did NOT leave a message on my answering machine. Drove to get the pizza and they did NOT make itbecause they were out of garlic parm sauce. They sent me no texts about the "problem" and no answer machine messages, but blamedme for not calling them back. So NO dinner tonight. It will be a long time before I order from them again. Awful. Every time we order any deals, we?re always disappointed. The pizza was very thick with the cheese, sauce and toppings... sliding off. We aren?t giving them any more chances to redeem themselves. This place used to be really great. I have no ideawhat happened, but they sure have gone downhill. Read more
Ordered here a few times, the chef or cooks-they are perfect! The pizza is always made with love ??... I could get use to this,... thanks for the great service. On one of my orders though, I did not get my rewards points- they have my order as canceled but Ipicked up and paid for the order. Read more
Who knew a pizza could be so burned and cold at the same time. So I ordered, watched the tracker, it said twice that my order... was put in the oven. So i called after 45 minutes asking about it and offered to come pick it up, the manager said the trackerwas broken and that the driver had already left, which turned out to be a lie. Now, I live 1.8 miles away. It only takes aMAXIMUM 7 minutes, including all the stop signs and if you catch EVERY red light. Half an hour later, food is still notdelivered. So my husband calls. The manager lied again and said the driver left. Finally, another 20 minutes and the foodarrives. My pizza is cold and burned. NEVER ORDERING FROM HERE AGAIN!!!! Read more
