Says on Google that they open at 5:00 most the time they aren't even open until 5:15 and if you're sitting in the drive-thru... they won't come on the intercom and tell you they're closed still. 2nd time and now I'm late for work I don't think I need toexplain why it's important for a coffee shop to open on time. First, let me start out by saying that the poor lady working by herself had only been there for 2 weeks and did an outstanding... job in regards to customer service. My problem is that I placed an online order for a birthday cake for my wife almost a weekago. When I arrived to pick it up today the building was locked up. I eventually learned that because she was the only employeethat showed up to work, the building was closed but she was manning the drive-thru. I then found out almost immediately thatthey did not have my order ready nor was she able to find anything about it. She even went so far as to text a picture of myreceipt to her manager. On the business side of things, there's no excuse for this. They had more than enough notice to preparethis cake. The manager of this location clearly does not care about service as she left a brand new employee by herself. Othercomments talked about how poor the service at this location is. Definitely would not recommend this location for anythingincluding a cup of coffee. Again, the lady working was extremely nice and did everything she could customer service wise to helpfulfill some form of my order. Read more
worst dunkin. i placed an online order that i?ve placed multiple times before and had 3 door dashers come to pick up my order... waited an hour for my coffee and finally i get a text saying they did not have my drink when i?ve gotten it multiple times inthe last 2 weeks. the workers need better respect for their customers as well. They seem to always run out of my fave donut the chocolate frosted. They were super busy and the line was long, not their fault.... But the drink I ordered, a frozen mocha, was only half frozen. Not the best experience, not the worst. I will definitely returnand try to catch those chocolate frosted donuts! ???? Read more
The last few times I've gone they haven't had their lobby open. One time I was told in the drive thru when I asked why the lobby... is closed that the door must have been stuck yet you could see the lock engaged in the crack of the door. Now they are sayingthey have been too short staffed to have it open. The owners clearly don't care about this location so I can only assume theyarent keeping up with it. Get better management and pay your workers enough to keep staffed. Read more
