As you can see from my previous review things were great at this location. But things have really changed here. Ever since this... was took over by the new owners this place keeps getting worse. You never know what time they will open or close or even stopserving food. It?s always different. Google says they open at 5am. They do not. Who knows what time they open. They coffee isalways different and the food is never consistent. It make me sad to see this business come to this. Before I was an everydaycustomer. I knew the works and their families and enjoyed seeing them. I really hope they can pull it together but I reallydon?t think that?s going to happen. It seems the new owners don?t care. Family ran and owned. You can expect to wait in themorning with the rush of people trying to get to work and what not. Over all food is good and staff is nice. Read more

No dine-in even when it says here and on the TH app that it should be open. Online orders always get canceled an hour after... being placed. Read more

Wheel in line for 20 minutes while they're training new people had them repeat my order back to me and then failed to have them... input it correctly in their computer. I got whip on my ice cap when I clearly said no way and they reconfirmed it with me. Veryvery confused as to why this used to be one of the best Tim Hortons around and all the sudden nobody ever wants to work they runout of product there's always a line and you get your food messed up almost every time you go through. I will never ever returnto this Tim Hortons I'm done wasting my money and time on this particular Branch to try to turn themselves around and when Icalled today to try to tell them they messed up my food I had to call twice and they didn't answer and just let it ring Read more

Always stop serving food super early due to staffing issues which I understand. But I usually order food through the app and... they offer no refund on the food you ordered through the app if you get there and they have stopped serving food. They chalk itup to ?we aren?t trained on that?. Probably just an excuse so they get your money and don?t have to refund you. Do better! Read more

Not sure what going on here but I'm trapped in line because apparently their doing shift change and counting the drawer. Makes... zero sense!. Is that the only drawer they have?. Do they have to stop production to count a couple dollars? I mean I've beenhere for 20 min and counting. I think it's lunch break and everyone is on it. Poooor management!. I ordered a large hot latte. Took a sip, wow thats a lot of milk. Open the lid, oh wait....the whole drink is milk. But okay... lets charge an arm and a leg for our coffee. Do better. Read more

This location consistently waters down their French Vanilla Cappuccino and I?m constantly disappointed. This is the closest... location to my house AND work, but I?ll drive several miles out of my way to go to a better Tim Horton?s location. I pay for acappuccino, not colored water! Read more
