My husband and I went into Mitch's for the first time today for breakfast. The very lovely Wendy served our table, she was... very nice and friendly. The food was so good just like home-made. I was here on Friday around 5 ish. Was greeted with kindness, res o ect and dignity. The server ( blond lady with lively... accent) went above and beyond for me. I wanted alterations for my pasta, but was unsure if they could do that. No honey garlicand crispy chicken, the server checked to ensure they could do that for me. She was so amazing. Any time we dine inside the food is terrible! If I could rate them on the take out pizza alone, five stars. We had two... waitresses at our table and neither one of them could answer a question. Read more
Stopped here for a Sunday brunch while passing thru from a stay in Jasper/Hinton (which BTW) we never had anything close to a... decent meal or decent service ? so this was the hi lite of our little get away weekend . Food quality was average , what madethis exp great was out young server. She handled everything with a great attitude and willing to be helpful. Offered substituteslike fruit instead of toast (one in our party was gluten intolerant) . Was efficient , polite and approachable !! Well done Read more
Never had any issues with the food or customer service. I remember being offered a free meal once out of the kindness of the... managers heart. Left my purse there once and it was kept and returned to me. They go above and beyond. Read more
