Does not honour pizza huts promo codes for in store use only. They wont accept any promotions instore and do not honor any food.... They make you order online in store and must pay before they make it. They talk in Chinese right in front of you after you askthem to honor the promotional codes. They do not abide by franchise regulations and do not follow health codes either. Highlyrecommend you order pizza from somewhere else. Run by people who do not care about people only money. Read more
0/5 Worst Customer Service you could imagine. I am 8.1Km from the store and they refused delivery. Was told it's too far for... them to drive. Order was over $50 and far surpassed the delivery minimum. Don't order pizza from here, Three Knights has waybetter pizza and they Delivery anywhere no issues. Pizza 73 is also an option. Read more

Now first of all. I love pizza hut one of my favourite pizza places. This was the worst pepperoni pizza I have ever had. Burnt,... barley any sauce and just very sloppy presentation. Only reason it's 2 stars not one is the boneless wings were good. Read more

Service was great but maybe Pizza Hut is just bad in general. Pouring pizza for 35 dollars just tasted like garbage. Stuffed... crust 5/10. Would I order again? No. Sorry I'd rather spend less somewhere better and I'm just being honest. Read more
If we're reviewing the establishment itself, it deserves 5 out of 5 stars. The owners really care about their food and it is... done right every time. Pizza Hut itself is not very good pizza. Drayton Valley has a couple privately owned pizza places intown that travelers should try before this place. Read more
