The restaurant was very dirty. Counters covered with dust. Floors in the restaurant and washroom were below par. If we had not... promised a 2 1/2 year old a donut after skating, we would have left There were no bottles of water. If I could rate this lower than a 1 star, I would. I have been here on several occasions, always telling myself it can't get any... worse than the last time... I was wrong. Today after waiting 10+ minutes in the drive thru, with only 3 cars ahead of me, I gethome (25 mins away) to discover I got 1 steeped tea made correctly and one what seems like half coffee and half steeped tea. Notquite coffee and definitely not steeped tea! Honestly, I'm curious as to how these employees function in regular life? Likeevery time it's something. You got my money timmies, but never again. Terrible experience...went through drive through and ordered a breakfast sandwich. Paid at the window and after paying for my... order they tell me a few minutes later that the croissant that I asked for that sandwich on was unavailable...so alreadydissatisfied they offer me a bagley replacement which I accepted..after finally receiving the sandwich it was missing theChipotle sauce I asked for...went inside to resolve the issue. Meanwhile over 15 minutes has already been spent on thismatter...after waiting in line to talk to someone about getting it fixed I was treated very poorly and like I was a problem forvomming in and asking for the problem to be fixed...overall Terrible experience that has changed my over all view of Tim Hortonsfranchise. Have been here a few times in the last few weeks. 5-10 min wait in drive through and only 2-3 cars ahead of me. Need more staff... or more efficient staff not sure what the problem is. Worst Tim Hortons in Chatham Kent Read more
Service in the drive through was a bit slow, assuming due to understaffing, as they had a huge help wanted sign at the road. My... coffee was a bit bitter...ordered DD so maybe they messed up the sugar. Garbage can at the drive through was an over flowingmess covered with bees. Again, perhaps due to being short staffed. I purchased a crispy bacon chicken wrap. One of my favourite snacks when on the road. Service was fine. Food tasted good.
