This is one of the worst Chipotle in the area. I have given them many chances in the past, but its always the same outcome. The... bowls are never full, never enough protein, everyone always has an attitude about everything. The place is never clean and foodsare always cross contaminated in the bins when choosing what you want in your bowl. The place is overall a disappointment. Dobetter! The manager needs to step in. We love their food, but their service lately has been horrible. The last time my family went to order food, the server was so... rude. They were out of basically everything (no chicken, no nachos, no steak and no tortillas) and the waiter had an attitudeabout it. Why were they even open?! 06/28/22 8:30 PM: I want to give this place negitive - star rating. We placed an order, they forgot to send something and then... told us, get your money back from Door Dash, while my kid is out a meal. The Manager should be fired. That is Not calledcustomer service, and I am going to make sure no one uses this restaurant, and it hopefully goes out of business, so thatlocation can be taken over my a company, and people, that understand Customer Service! Nice location that?s kept clean. The online orders have small portions. I?d recommend coming in, but avoid the lunch rush. The... lunch rush isn?t really present on Mondays and Fridays with hybrid work though. But on a Wednesday at 12p, this place isBUSY. Overall, good location that?s kept clean. Figured I?d give THIS Chipotle one last try tonight, it?ll be the last time I come here. Also might be the last time I use... their app to order, based on the poor excuse for fajita veggies I got, and them forgetting the salsa (who eats a dryburrito). One star because you can?t mess up the queso dip. Really need to replace the management or staff in this place, it?sbeen a negative brand experience for longer than I can remember. My experience here was absolutely flabbergasting. When I walked through the door my eyes met with a gorgeous Asian women and my... draws immediately were drenched. However, when I saw her take her mask off I gasped as I saw it was a MAN!!! However, thisdidn?t bother me because I?m actually Bi. He gave me the best chicken I?ve ever had and I enjoyed conversing with him so verymuch! He?s carrying no cap. Read more
This is a double meat bowl from this place. Use online orders if want to pay 20 dollars for half a bowl proportion wise. Also... half the chips are burnt. Read more
Food was great the employee that was in front of me took 10 minutes to decide what to order and only one person waiting on... customers. It wasn't until a guy in suit walked in that someone else stopped what they were doing and came over. Server wasstill Pleasant. Food was great as always. Read more
