I would never think that will leave a good review for McDonald's.. BUT this was beyond my expectations! Excellent service!!!! I... put an order via the mobile app and came to dine in. Jose, the guy who works there, provided exceptional service!???????????????????????? Like in the restaurant. He brought my food to my table, smiled (positive vibes), and reimbursed me fora latte (their coffee machine was broken)+brought another coffee. I?m impressed! This place has the slowest service for a drive thru. It's not even busy inside or at drive thru but I have been waiting for my... food for over 15 minutes after being told to park at spot 1 and they'll bring the food to me. Please do better. Read more
Second bad experience here. First time it took 30 min to get our order and we went inside instead of drive through. It was busy... so we understood. Today however we ordered two Happy meals and came home to find no nuggets in any of them just fries. Sobasically paid full price for a kids fry and juice box. Read more
Really bad experience with drive thru. Clerk told us to pull off to the side to wait and then forgot about us. Didn't care at... all when the problem was brought to their attention.
