This place used to be great. We would bypass swveral shops between our house and rhis location just because of how good the food... was. Our last several orders have been less than great. Over several orders we've had tasteless and watery pasta, fries with somuch pepper on them they were inedible, and more missing food items than I can recall. Tonight we were missing a pizza. And whenwe called about the missing item we had absolutely terrible service. First call there was a flat out refusal that anythingcould've been wrong with our order. It left the restaurant so we must have it and then click. So of course we called back and ittook us a while to get through again. They rudely told us the missing items dropped on our front porch. No apologies oracknowldgement that there was a problem or anything. Just an indignant attitude of how dare I call them back when I am missingfold that magically reappeared on my doorstep without anyone telling me. And because there was no call or knock or any type ofnotice from the restaurant that this happened, the prodigal pizza was cold. Read more

Horrible experience. Our order was missing a cheesesteak & everything else arrived cold. We used Grubhub to order so the food... and tip was already paid. When we called them to ask for our other cheesesteak the guy said we were lying and insisted that bothcheesesteaks were in the bag. We were staring at the bag, a second cheesesteak would be hard to miss & we have no need to lieabout a cheesesteak lol. Not only would they not drive a cheesesteak out to us but they refused to refund us for the food WENEVER RECEIVED. We finally called grubhub and they were able to get them to refund the one cheesesteak. The food we did receivewas disgusting. No cheese on the 1 cheesesteak, had to add our own. Then when we asked them to refund our generous tip (we tipnicely especially during all that is going on), they refused and said if they did they would charge us for delivery. The ownerwas so ridiculously rude we were honestly in shock. At this point we don?t even care about the money it?s the sheer principal ofit all. Convenient online ordering through their site is easy. Always fresh ? we have ordered salads, wrap, quesadillas, Pizza/... stromboli, and sandwiches. None were bland. The taco pizza is a must. Very modestly priced even with the pandemic supplyissues. Plenty of parking. Take out! Read more
