Great food, but poor customer service. They get orders wrong every time we come here, please get it together. I would of give 5... stars, but my burger bun was ice cold today SMH. Management please talk to the young lady today making sandwiches, her attitudeto my server was unnecessary. Seeing a adult talk to a teen like that was horrible to see. Read more
My wife and I went for the first time and had a delicious burger. It was crowded and we had to wait but we didn't really think... anything of it. I took a friend on a much less busy day and we got a delicious burger and had a long (20 minute) wait. Lovethe product. but not likely to go unless I know I have 20 minutes or so to wait and someone interesting to talk to. Unlikely tostay and order if there is a big crowd. Not sure how service can be sped up without losing quality of food, but it wouldcertainly improve the business. Read more
While the food was tasty, it wasn't worth the 25 minute wait to just get a burger and fries. The staff here seems to have no... hustle in them whatsoever. They all move as if people aren't waiting for food. There was a large group when I entered but theyleft shortly after I arrived which left a whole room of people waiting for food. It couldn't have been that group that slowedthings down. As you can see from the pictures, I was left thinking "where's the beef" with my burger. I walked in for a to-go order today. I have never had Smashburger and wanted to give it a try. I waited about 15 minutes for my... order. While waiting, I saw/heard the staff trying to get through orders. Too many people trying to be the boss and talking overeach other. So it slowed everything down. Just seemed a little chaotic. Once I got my food and came home I started to eat. Whilethe burger and fries were not hot, they were good. The burger was delicious. If this store can work out their issues and turnorders out hot and faster, it will be fine. Read more

Came here the day after opening day. I could tell everyone was still trying to work out the kinks with the ordering and cooking... process. Given that it's opening week, service was slightly slow but don't expect this to be the norm in the weeks to come.Because my order was a little slow to come, one of the managers came and offered me a free drink; so good customer servicethere. As to the food, this was my first time at Smashburger. I really enjoyed the food. Got the classic Smashburger with Smashfries. The style of the burger is very similar to Shake Shack and the fries are very good. Overall, good experience for my firsttime at Smashburger. Read more
Got to the store at 8pm, they said they weren't making milk shakes, when asked why they said because they close soon. (At... 9pm). I was the only one there so.i got my food quickly, just got home and there is only half an order of tots. My whole orderwas a double bacon cheese burger and 2 orders of tots, pretty hard to mess up. When I was waiting for my order the manager orperson in charge told the counter girl to clean the milkshake station once she was done filling my order! How do you have aburger and shake restaurant and refuse to make shakes? Don't recommend this place, spend your money elsewhere! Read more
