Gave me the wrong item in my drink. I ask for oatmilk they gave me almond milk with made my coffee taste nasty. ????????????
Drinks were being put out so fast, called names, never asked for mine so i waited 20 minutes while my drink sat there, ice... melting, staff were dancing and flirting instead of letting me know my order was done the entire time i stood there patientlywaiting until i finally asked, if one of the drinks was mine, to which their reply was ?i don?t know, is that what u ordered?.Waste of time and money. Stopped by yesterday morning with my husband and ordered a grande Pumpkin Spice Latte to go. Upon arriving at home, I found my... cup to be 2/3 full. It tasted great, but I felt a bit cheated.
