Gave me the wrong item in my drink. I ask for oatmilk they gave me almond milk with made my coffee taste nasty. ????????????
Drinks were being put out so fast, called names, never asked for mine so i waited 20 minutes while my drink sat there, ice... melting, staff were dancing and flirting instead of letting me know my order was done the entire time i stood there patientlywaiting until i finally asked, if one of the drinks was mine, to which their reply was ?i don?t know, is that what u ordered?.Waste of time and money. Stopped by yesterday morning with my husband and ordered a grande Pumpkin Spice Latte to go. Upon arriving at home, I found my... cup to be 2/3 full. It tasted great, but I felt a bit cheated. Very tiny store. No drive through either. But I'm okay with walking in but some days I'm pressed for time. The bathroom was odd.... Especially seeing the curtain in there (which covers pipes). But the floor was messy and the rest was okay. Didn't scream cleanto me. Not really enough space for sitting but if you do get here it'll definitely be limited since seats are a premium if youknow what I mean. Staff was very pleasant and helpful. Just amazed how many people there for such a small place. Getting intothe location was a temporary backup. Basically on one real entrance. It's not exactly a great location since it's small but asfar as where logistically it is. It's bang on a good place because of all the traffic that's near this area. It looks cozy, but its inside smell wasn't pleasant when I got there to pick up my coffee. No one greet me when I entered inside... even though it was busy at all. Parking is very convenient. Read more
