Super tasty baked goods that operates as a co-operative. The coffee is fantastic, and the barista really friendly. It's not the... cheapest, but causing the quality, freshness and staff - that's a price worth paying. Read more

Wow! Just wow! Our party sampled more than 7 different items and all of them were off the chain amazing. The croissants were... perfectly buttery and flaky, the cinnamon sweet rolls with cream cheese frosting have the right balance of flavors, thebreakfast sandwiches come with a wonderful aioli ?how do they get the eggs so square? and a smart piece of bacon...I could go onand on. Okay...so one ding. The coffee is not that great, but five stars for the bakery. Read more

Some of the best breads and pastries I?ve ever had. I am very fond of the sourdough olive loaf, it?s literally my favorite... bread ever. I use their cinnamon raisin loaf to make French toast, which I can?t recommend enough. You can even watch theirmilling process and see their whole operation. A true gem tucked in the Hill Country. We feel so spoiled having this place nearby! Truly such a GEM! We can not get enough of all of the fresh baked menu items. The... croissants and the pizza and the sandwiches and the quiche are all absolutely to die for! There is a real Abby Jane and her andher team are some of the nicest you will come across and they all are so knowledgeable. We have a nearby lodge and all of ourguests that stay there always rave about how incredible it was when they eat there or get things to go. We agree! Everythingtastes and looks like heaven and there is so many items to choose from. We highly recommend anything on the menu and we love tosupport such a fantastic and local place! -Liz Read more

Very adorable coffee shop, and the food is *actually made in shop* type of good. A lot of places serve food that's good but... indistinguishable from store bought stuff (or Pillsbury ready for the oven pastry). But here, the croissant tastes like it'ssupposed to, like they took the time to make it right. And the cinnamon roll wasn't sickly sweet like a lot of places do. Theprice was just right for a quality small bakery - more expensive than fast food breakfast places but worth the price! Read more

Sooooo good. A beautiful place with a nice outdoor space with picnic tables in the shade. The inside is beautiful and the staff... very friendly and happy to explain any item. As soon as you walk in, you can see the provided face masks and sanitizers. Thedecor is very contemporary and welcoming. Feels like walking into a cozy farmhouse. Everything we ordered was incredibly good. The espresso was great, as was the Iced Blueberry tea my wife ordered. We were both amazed by the ham and cheese croissant. Mywife took a bite and said: this tastes like Spain. On the sweet side, I had a Queen "P" which is kind of a pecan muffin but withphilo dough. Just incredibly good. I bought a full Big Country loaf which I will try tonight. Long story short, we will comeback and try some of their cookies, scones, and definitely their pizzas. They have a housemade GF polenta crust that my wifewants to have. Next time. Read more

So. Good. From the rich brownies to the special loaves of bread (which one slice of is like a meal all on its own!), I am... consistently blown away. Is there something magical about those heritage Texas grains they use? I don?t know how else to explainit?the texture of the cinnamon buns is so perfect it verges on unreal. With a bucolic location that feels like an escape tosimpler times, I will gladly keep ?researching? to figure out just how the artisans at AJB get everything so...right. Read more
