This place is a joke. 15 minutes in line after ordering a 16 pc meal. Get to the window and they are ?Out of Chicken?. Brain... matter and customer service completely missed this stop. Read more

Waited in line 25 minutes just to told once I got to the window that they charge 3.5% extra if you pay with a card. Absolutely... ridiculous, I have never heard of that at a fast food place. Also if they are charging extra maybe they should actuallyadvertise it before you wait 25 minutes. So, super slow service and extra unadvertised fees, to heck with this place. I willnever be back to this location and will be paying extra attention at any other locations if I actually go to any at all. Read more
Ordered a 30 piece family tenders with three sides. Asked for an extra side of gravy. Was told there was only enough gravy for... the order. Ok fine, ordered a 4 piece spicey tenders. Pulled up and payed $66+ and I should have known with my experience withthis place to check my order but I'd didn't and arrived home again with zero gravy.
