Waited in line 25 minutes just to told once I got to the window that they charge 3.5% extra if you pay with a card. Absolutely... ridiculous, I have never heard of that at a fast food place. Also if they are charging extra maybe they should actuallyadvertise it before you wait 25 minutes. So, super slow service and extra unadvertised fees, to heck with this place. I willnever be back to this location and will be paying extra attention at any other locations if I actually go to any at all. Read more
Ordered a 30 piece family tenders with three sides. Asked for an extra side of gravy. Was told there was only enough gravy for... the order. Ok fine, ordered a 4 piece spicey tenders. Pulled up and payed $66+ and I should have known with my experience withthis place to check my order but I'd didn't and arrived home again with zero gravy. If you shop here CHECK YOUR ORDER, theyconstantly leave items off. Read more

Large pieces of very dry fish. Order was incomplete. One of the worst drive through ordering experiences ever. Our order... included pie and French fries. We were told on second pie order they aren?t serving fries or pie. Chicken pieces large andfresh. Overall quite disappointing experience. Biscuits were missing. Read more
Chicken express is usually one of my go to drive thru spots when I'm on the road. I know the service industry is having a very... hard time keeping employees but most people don't mind waiting a few extra minutes for quality food. I also went to the drivethrough at 2 pm so it wasn't like it was a off hour time. This one will not be in the rotation for the following reasons: 1.Chicken strips were warm but tasted like they had been under the hot lamp for quite a while. 2. I got 18 Luke warm french fries.I have never had a problem at any other chicken x with portion sizes but I was surprised when I opened the box at the fries.That count included the partial fries as well. 3. The roll and the gravy were at room temp. 4. The sweet tea was on the edge ofgetting the bitter taste if the containers aren't cleaned thoroughly. 5. I can understand having to limit sauces and such but Ijust paid +$10 for a #1 combo, is a 2nd ranch really gonna break the bank. 6. They don't have spicy serendipity seasonpackets 7. They now charge you for using a card instead of cash. Read more
this location is going downhill fast. the quality and taste of the food keeps getting worse. specifically, the temders are... tough and dry and smaller than they've been in the past. the mac and cheese that we got today was the worst tasting mac andcheese I've ever had in my life! it tasted like it had been made with dirty dish water. it's sad, chicken express historicallyis one of my favorite places to eat.
