If I could give Zero stars I would , I didn?t even get to try the food , me and my husband drove and hour to try it out , we got... there at 1:50 everything looked closed so we were looking around and the lady popped up and rudely said she was in the restroomshe be right with us and walked away rolling her eyes . Like girl if u don?t wanna work there didn?t nobody ask you to lol , I?mnot gonna support a business if someone?s not even making us feel welcome to try it out , she looked like the type to spit inyour food so I wouldn?t even take the chance . Kind of disappointing when a Keto food truck has no true keto options at an event the size of a MotoGP race, and then blames the... facility for not being able to provide something that is in the name????I even asked earlier in the day about options and wastold that they could figure something out since I am on a very restrictive Keto program. Then told that they didn't even havelettuce to supply in place of a bun.. To add insult to injury the price tag didn't didn't reflect neither the quantity or thequality of the 2 little burgers we bought which came out to near $45 price tag. In short...I won't be visiting this food truckagain anytime in the future. I hate giving bad reviews but sorry...this one is necessary???? Read more

Update: I had a 5 star review down but honestly I?m quite annoyed at their schedule. This is the 4th time I?ve gone out of my... way to come here because it shows open and they?re not open. Wow! I was so excited I forgot to take a picture of my MASSIVEchicken sandwich! Polite, helpful staff pointed us in the right direction and the food is ginormous portions and SO good. If you need lunch and you?re in Dripping Springs, look no further! This was the BEST crispy chicken sandwich I?ve ever had! It... was massive and the sauce was incredible. First time got the #8 fried chix sandwich with homemade hickory bbq sauce and subbed Monterey Jack cheese. Fantastic sandwich.... Highlights were the huge, fluffy bun, excellent sauce, and the JUICIEST fried chicken breast I?ve had in dripping springs if notever. They perfected fried chix for a sandwich. This food truck has the best keto menu in town and a beautiful picnic table area with a tree canopy. Highly recommended
