First off there shake Machine has been broken ever since I started coming here it was about three months ago. I asked when they... were going to get it fixed they had no idea. Second of all that inside seating area has always been closed as well since I?vebeen coming here it?s drive-through only. Today I found a hair in my food and I wasn?t about to wait back in line (drive thru)to dispute it because I do not have the time.. all around disappointed how this McDonald?s operates Update: I got a big Macthought it was a little funny that there was two or three loose fries my bag yet I didn?t order any fries. My bun was a littlestale. I ate it anyways by the time I got home I felt very nauseous and now I have food poisoning. I recommend not eating here Read more
McDonald's very consistent w their food. Service n attitude on the other hand, not so good. Hispanic lady at drive thru, either... be nice or go clean the bathroom. Goodness, 8 am brfast n no smile just a bad attitude. No bueno! Read more
Walked 45 minutes in 100 degree weather, came in soaked in sweat, ordered some water, a sprite, and a chicken sandwich, sat down... for maybe 2 minutes and my food was ready. Tasted great, no problems Read more
They arent open past 9pm. They say 11pm. But no. We went at 9pm on 08/07/22 and they had 1 employee sitting down eating and no... signage showing they they closed early so there was a long line in the drive thru and many people waiting. Read more
I went and ordered $26 worth of food for my family, the food was ok, but I ordered 3 pies, 2 strawberry and 1 apple. They were... COMPLETELY burnt to a crisp! I tried to take a bite of the apple which was the best looking one and it was so bad that the applewas burned completely out of the pie!!!! I'm beyond upset! I come through almost 3-4 times a week and I have always been a loyalcustomer. When I tried calling 4 times, I got no answer and had to leave a message. Beware paying with credit cards. The girl at the first window had her cell phone on and laying face up next to the card reader.... I'm almost confident she was taking a video of my credit card - she flipped my card front to back right over her phone camera.This was at 3pm on July 10th. When I got to the second window, I asked if employee policies allowed phones out and on whilecollecting payment - the shift lead I spoke to said yes. This must be a very special McDonald's location to allow phones andcameras out while collecting payments. I closed my credit card after leaving - too many stories of fast food employees skimmingcredit card details and I've had this happen to me before. Buyer beware. Or just pay with cash. Read more
It would be great if they ever got my order right. I think I've had one correct order in all the times I've been there.
