I ordered a Detroit pizza last Friday and had it delivered. After over an hour I received the pizza. The pizza was not fully... cooked. The crust was doughy and not cooked. I called pizza hut and was told by the manager I will get credit. I calledtonight for a pizza the manager tonight said there was no credit under my name. I explained to her that when I received mypizza last week it was doughy and not cooked. After speaking with her she said she would send me a pizza with a snarkyattitude. Upon delivery tonight the pizza was nearly burned all of the meats and vegetables were burned and overcooked, thecrust was overcooked dried and crunchy nearly burned and the cheesy bread sticks were the same. If the Dripping Springs PizzaHut would have cooked the first time I would not have had to deal with the disrespect of the girl manager tonight. She has verypoor customer service skills and should be fired. I tried calling Pizza Hut after my delivery tonight and we looked at thepizza. They did not pick up their phone. Ordered pasta for pick up, guy taking order was CLUELESS and sounded high. Went in to pick up my order and waited like 15... minutes. Met the guy taking order... Wow After being there for a bit and observing one guy walking around singing with hisairpods in another girl on her cell phone, the ONLY one there with any CLUE or Customer Service was Garrett! He checked to makesure that I was taken care of, updated me on what was going on with my order and was COMPLETLY competent. Thank you Garrett formaking sure I was taken care of!! Read more
