Food is good. However, this is the second time we?ve had to wait in their drive thru line to get our order for pick-up. We?re... not talking a quick 5 minute inconvenience. Order was ready and we were instructed to just wait in the regular drive thru linewhile other orders were processed. Going on 15 minutes now. Horrible customer service.
