Food is good. However, this is the second time we?ve had to wait in their drive thru line to get our order for pick-up. We?re... not talking a quick 5 minute inconvenience. Order was ready and we were instructed to just wait in the regular drive thru linewhile other orders were processed. Going on 15 minutes now. Horrible customer service. Allow folks to walk up to the window toget our pick up orders. Read more

I've been to this location many times. Yet, the last three times the orders have had errors. As of today, unsweet tea was sweet.... How hard is it to get unsweet tea? I'm done. Read more

Always really good food. The original is still one of the best sandwiches you can buy and they have the best sour cream and... onion chips anywhere. The service at this location is hit or miss but good more often than it's bad. I've never had any seriouscomplaints. They got my order wrong once but fixed it right away no big deal. Will most definitely return probably a little toooften. Read more
After working all day at a Cajun festival, we thought we wanted a burger. But when we saw schlotzsky's, we forgot all about... hamburgers. And sure enough, that unique flavor of a schlotzsky's sandwich was exactly what we wanted. We got the large doublemeat and split it between the two of us. It was perfect. Read more
