Line was log but they did a good job keeping it moving fast and my coffee tastes perfectly brewed never have a problem here
My son and I stopped by this location yesterday and were surprised on how quickly they were trying to get us out of there. We... usually get off so my son can see his snack options but we did not feel welcomed in this location. It seems they were in a hurryto close. (We walked in around noon) They served my tea with double cups and do not think they realized this. The main issue isthat the lid did not close that well so as I am trying to drink this tea it spilled on me. While I understand some stores mayhave specific store hours, providing top customer service should always be a priority. Read more
It?s sad to me that I must drive all the way into Austin to get my Starbucks because this store in Dripping Springs is... deplorable. I have visited them over ten times and every time the drive through line takes way too long and they cannot make abrown sugar oat milk shaken espresso to save their life! It comes out sour/bitter tasting! So I drove to the Oak Hill locationand they remade the drink for me and they told me that they are serving ?dead? shots at the Dripping location, hence the badtaste! I tried an oatmeal from here this morning and it was undercooked. I?ll never be back! They need serious training, theyshouldn?t be allowed to carry the Starbucks name, they are a disgrace and a mockery to the brand! Read more
I try to be patient and understanding especially working in the food industry...but the guy that was working the drive through... this morning...what the heck. I placed a mobile order and when I got to the window I was asked what my order was and that's fineI get that so I showed them the order. Minutes passed and my drinks were brought out. I also ordered food so I was waiting for awhile when the guy working the drive through finally asked me if that was it. I told him no that I ordered food as well and toldhim what the food order was. He came back minutes later with part of the order and told me to have a nice day. I told him therewas more and he looked confused and went to find the rest of it. The whole experience was frustrating and then the didn't givestraws for the drinks that needed it. First world problems I know but they needed straws. The mobile order process needs work.This is the only Starbucks that I have issues with and I go to it because it's convenient. I guess I won't anymore. Read more
This place is consistently slow every time! And without fail, they can?t seem to remember to put the brown sugar syrup in the... brown sugar oat milk shaken espresso drink. C?mon it?s in the name! I would rather drive into Austin traffic than stop herewhere I live. Love Starbucks but this one can?t get it together! Read more
I?ve tried to give this location a chance but today was the last straw. I ordered a mobile order under time constraints and... when I arrived the lobby was locked so I had to drive thru. The line was 15 cars deep so I ended up having to leave without myorder. When I called to let them know the mobile ordering needs to be updated, there was no refund offered or really anyexplanation at all. I clearly would not have ordered ahead of time if i knew I?d have to wait in an endless line. I wish Icould say this was a one-off experience but unfortunately this is one of many negative experiences I?ve had in the last year atthis location. Read more
I always have such a great experience here. There is usually one or two guys that work the drive thru and they are so kind. They... always ask me how my day is going and make me laugh. I really appreciate how genuine the people are that work here. Read more
