Poor customer service. Ordered a foot long just got 2 spinach and 2 cucumbers, just a bread with sauce. Not worth it
Open late (great for travel) and their veggies/breads are always fresh.

I ordered 7 subs and the owner/manager told me he was going to honour the buy 1 get one at 50% off deal. Then he only took 1 sub... at 50% off. I didn't see this until I got back into Toronto. Unbelievable! Read more
The food was good as usual. Decent enough customer service for how busy it was.
Customer service and management is poor. Purchased 3 subs @ $23 deal. Charged $7 extra. When asked for receipt and I said "yes... please", knowing I had been charged extra. The young lady proceeded to tell me "Oh, I've charged you the wrong price"; rightaway before the receipt was printed. Not knowing how to refund; again really bad service in the situation. After finding amanager, at perfect timing because I dont think anyone was there with her.. he proceeded to refund my VISA charge with change. Iasked for a receipt. I got one... still feeling eerie I checked in the car. I was charged $24 plus tax for 3 subs. Falseadvertising from a subway chain OR poor management ripping people off a buck to make a little more? They were out of my first choice of bread, so she just proceeded to make my sandwich on a different bread without saying... anything. The server was rude when I told her that wasn?t what I wanted, and I ended up just leaving rather than buy a sandwichthat I didn?t want from someone with poor customer service. Read more
