Was an early start to our day and they were doing training and other than training everything was perfect!
Waited 20 minutes to order even though we were head of line. No acknowledgement, no eye contact. We left without ordering.
Ordinary McDonalds... No issues, friendly staff.
We waited 10 minutes at the drive thru. No service. So my wife went inside to order. The staff was doing nothing. Standing... around chatting. Totally no clue as to what they are doing. They mixed up orders, forgot items and basically screwed upeverything from the start. We waited 25 min to get our order. What a joke. Worst McDonald's service. So 35 min in total to get2 coffees and some breakfast. Read more
Was very impressed that the poutines in Quebec are available in different sizes. NB only has 1 size available. I was not... impressed however when I went on a Sunday at 930pm in my large work truck and the only thing open was the drive through. Thetruck doesn't fit and we had to walk through. No reason they can't have 1 register open inside. Read more
Drive thru service is kind of decent as long as you don't order once the inside closes down then it becomes an easy 45 minutes... wait as cars are basically surrounding the entire building waiting for "service". Really makes you wonder what the hell ishappening inside between the staff. Read more
