My girlfriend and I have very busy work schedules so our typical week consists of stopping and getting fast food due to our busy... and very active schedule. We live in Drums and frequent this Wendys location as it is close and convenient. Last month we spentover $800 at this specific location, we use to have very good service from this location up until the last 90 days. Thismorning we went to get breakfast and two coffees, we had asked for EXTRA vanilla in our coffee because we always order coffeefrom Wendys with EXTRA vanilla. The older lady who normally works the morning shift is very nice and ensures our coffee isPERFECT. This morning we had a young lady or guy, we are not sure. He or she was younger and had very short her and appeared tobe the manager. I had asked him or her for the drinks to be remade with EXTRA vanilla. He or she looked at the drinks and said"This has vanilla" I said yes, but not extra vanilla as we had asked for. She took the drinks and shook them and handed themback to us all messy. If this is the level of service we will be receiving we will NOT be returning. Please bring back theolder lady who was very kind and respectful of her customers! Read more

Placed take out order. Average wait time. French fries were all over the floor in the cooking area. Worker on the grill and the... buns was complaining of the heat. The women's Restroom was disgusting. Neither toilets flushed. Definitely a sewage problem!!Notified the counterperson the restroom needed attention. He appologized. Read more
Not too crowded when we went around noon on a Sunday. At least two tables outside for outdoor eating which can easily each... accommodate a party of four. Kiosk ordering is available. On a pretty busy highway but entering and exiting wasn't toodifficult. Read more
