Fries had a strong rancid oil taste. I couldn't trust anything else from people who could have such poor food handling practices... to cook in rancid oil and not realize it (or not care). They had to smell it. Started looking through the reviews, you can tellthey are paying for fake 5 star reviews. A bunch of 5 star reviews with no comments or generic praises like "fast friendlyservice." 3 weeks ago a 5 star reviewer commented on how clean the restaurant is... I went in to use the bathroom and it was notclean at all. It was the kind of dirty that takes consistent poor cleaning habits to accumulate. There is not any chance it was5-star-review clean just 3 weeks ago. Heck, the oil my fries were cooked in wasn't clean 3 weeks ago. Sketchy. Stay away! Read more
We ordered and the lady was all like just a min, so we waited for like five mins and finally were like hello are you ready? And... then she says ya go ahead! Like what? Then we wait a while sitting there to get our food and when we got it looked inside and wewere given the wrong food and charged for it too! We went inside and the good manager kindly gave us our correct food and arefund. But that was pretty bad customer service in my opinion. Read more
Waited 20 minutes for our food. While my daughter and I were using the restroom an employee was sitting on the toilet on her... phone the entire time. Her friend (another employee) came in asking ?did he text back yet?? What did he say??? Then they bothleft without washing their hands stating ?I?ll wash them in the kitchen?. People going through the drive-thru and then stoppingtheir cars and coming in to talk to employees. Some of those people going behind the counter and grabbing stuff. Our food sat onthe back counter and finally my husband asked if he could take it even though the order wasn?t filled yet. Food was cold. Allthe staff walked around at a snail?s pace. Read more

Worst Arby's I've ever been to. Rude management. $50 for food that every bit was made wrong and cold. Called and told them and... was met with very rude comments. No apology. I've worked in the food service industry most of my adult life and this isridiculous! They need a whole new staff! Read more
The food was great. It took a while to get my food in the drive-thru, but might be worth the wait if you want it fresh because... it certainly was made fresh. Just have time to wait. Read more
