Worst KFC experience of my life unfortunately, the staff was rude, the food was terrible, it tasted like it had sat out all day... and was terribly dry, not to mention I didn't even receive my entire order. I was sadly dissatisfied and disappointed and likelywill never get food from there again. Read more

Same delicious food as all KFC locations. Restaurant appears clean from drive thru window. Employees are friendly and... accurate. Building exterior and parking lot clean and well maintained. This particular location is extremely slow comparedwith other KFC locations. The owner/operator at this location consistently understaffs to maximize profit and customer waittimes. This had been the case for years. Read more

I HATE leaving bad reviews but we won't be back here unless we dine in. The last few times we've actually had to wait over 1... hour for our food through the drive through. We never have issues really when dining in. Tonight we waited over 1 hr, got ourstuff and headed down the road. After passing out the food in the bag to my family we realized that they left 3 things our ofthe bag! Any other time, I probably wouldn't be so upset but we literally spent 1 hour and to not get all our food. We went backand they at least made things right and we got our food. Read more

At about 3PM on August 16th we were eating our food and I got up to use the restroom. When I entered I observed a worker in the... stall so I exited to wait outside. Moments later (and I mean less than 30 seconds later) this employee exited the restroom andwent back to his post making food. Clearly no meaningful handwashing if any occurred. When I entered the stall I was greeted byhis unflushed waste just sitting in the toilet. Unacceptable is an understatement. I will never return and advise every personin the area to avoid at all costs. An inquiry to the Department of Health is in process. Read more

The person at counter was fabulous and helpful. But chicken was soggy and biscuits were not done in middle. Chicken was super... salty. Wish I had ordered the crispy. Read more

My family and I were recently visiting the Williamstown area with my inlaws and some of their friends. Most evenings, we made... dinner at the Airbnb where we were staying, but on one particular evening, my wife, kids, and I were on our own for dinner, sowe decided to give Kentucky Fried Chicken a try. KFC isn't a place we visit frequently, so we were looking forward to tryingsomething "new." You know, that's what you do when you're on vacation. Am I right?! The food we got was pretty good, but theorder wasn't quite right, preventing me from being able to give it 4 or 5 stars. We got more rolls than we ordered which wouldusually be a good thing, but we were missing all of the honey we had ordered (bummer). It's a small mistake, but we were farfrom home and didn't have our usual pantry full of stuff that would allow us to make the best of the situation. I couldunderstand a simple miscommunication if we'd ordered at the drive-through, but I placed our order through the mobile app. Iassumed this meant every aspect of our order was displayed on a screen during fulfillment. After 92 years of operation, Iexpected these mistakes to be eliminated. However, I'll cut you (KFC) some slack. Every corporation I've ever worked for hasbeen around long enough that they shouldn't be making the mistakes they do either. Just keep that "continuous improvement"mindset, and the stars (ratings-stars) will come. Read more
