The nicest McDonalds that we have been in for over 15 years. Service was great & atmosphere was friendly & welcoming.
Today the girl waited on me from inside, she had no clue what she was doing. I had 2 combos. She double charged me, and then... didn't take the 40% off from my app. Disgusted with their shoddy service. Too many working inside, manager has no clue how torun the joint. ???????? Read more
Don?t dine in. No one was at the counter to take our order. Had to use the kiosk to order which was not straight forward but... finally got our order in. Watched order after order and drive through pick ups. Waited over 20 minutes for our ?fastfood.? Actually don?t come here at all. Just got our cheeseburgers. One was cold, cheese not even melted. This is the worst McDonald's I have ever been in. The burgers were made without any care. Bun not lined up, cheese the other... way. Mustard and ketchup all over the wrapper. The meat tasted old and the fries were cold. The pop machine poured too muchflavoring. Overall, I ate half a meal and felt sick, so I put the rest in the trash and left never to return to this location. Read more
I have at McDonald's my whole life. I know taste,textur, and smell of just about every meal. I should have put stock in the... company yrs ago. I McDonald's it least once a week. I should be a cridic for the company as a whole on different restaurantaround the globe. Today at this store in Dry ridge a simple Chicken sandwich meal, was so bad I didn't even eat half. Burnt andpourly made I didn't even want my fries. I send you threw that drive threw line so so fast they don't consider on taking time toprep your 9 dollar meal. Our JROTC Raiders group stopped here after a competition on Saturday. We weren't the only school who happened to stop and they... did great with getting out the orders for all in a timely manner. Our food was hot, fresh, delicious and reasonably priced. Read more
Store and restrooms were clean but they got my order wrong. You can clearly see on my receipt it says no mayo, and in the carton... the glob of mayo I had to take off my sandwich. Which in turn takes off all the lettuce. The fries had no salt on them and nosalt packets available. Read more
Friendly staff, I mean you really can't go wrong with McDonald's everything's made pretty much the same their mocha frappe is... delicious and their new Smokey Double Quarter Pounder BLT is delicious also. Their prices are getting ridiculous though, andtheir chicken nuggets have gotten really small in size, definitely not worth $7.29 for 20 chicken nuggets Read more
