Dakota at Dry Ridge , Ky location was so nice from taking the call, calling me back to notify me of a discount he found, and... through me picking up the orders. He also offered to carry my pizzas out to my car and even though I declined his assistance, hecame and opened the door for me when I left. Nice Papa John's location. Same delicious food as all Papa John's locations. I tried the new cheese and pepperoni stuffed... crust pizza. It was very good. They need to add cheese and pepperoni stuffed breadsticks next! Clean modern store inside. Building exterior and parking lot clean and in good repair. Read more

Been ordering here for a while, 2 years in fact . Almsot every single time the pizza or what ever never seems to be cooked all... the way. Always very doughy or raw veggies. The wings which I have ordered several times to give them opportunities are alwayschewy and gross. Tonight the sauce on the wings tasted expired. Well I ordered a 2 L of Dr Pepper it was forgotten, so I calledand they said I was never charged for it so it was ok but that?s not the point. Charge me for it and bring it like it wassupposed to be done. My car is broken down so that was my dinner and my pop for today and tomorrow. They said they would sendsomeone with it next delivery but it?s been over an hour. Im not sure what tf is wrong with this place I wouldn?t order here ifit was not all that delivered. I came in for a pickup order and my pizza was awesome. Looked amazing and tasted amazing. Amanda was the person who waited on me... and she was very pleasant and very courteous. I will stay coming back here because of her and the awesome pizza. I also noticedhow busy they were and how she was very tentative to the customers who was waiting including myself and she treated everyonewith respect and was super nice. Even to this one customer who was kind of irate because his pizza wasn?t ready when he gotthere. They were slammed! She was very understanding and did an excellent job handling this irate customer. I have been in thecustomer service food business when I was younger and it?s very tough to deal with people like that sometimes. She is definitelyone of the best I?ve seen and as long as she?s there I?ll keep coming back and recommending to others to come here as well. Read more
Always on time, the people are so nice, especially in delivery. I got my food today and it?s so good. I recently started... reacting bad to gluten and so I got their gluten free pizza with no sauce and it?s beautiful. Also, the pepper repelled the catso my dinner is safe. Read more
Order a pizza, cookie, and 2 liter of Dr Pepper. The 2 liter never made it to my house. I did call and ask if they could bring... it and they were polite enough to say sure and sorry for the inconvenience but the driver never came back and I still nevergotten the Dr. Pepper. Read more
