There were 10 of us that ate here of which it was the first time for most of us. Maybe it was us, but we couldn't tell if you... were supposed to order and then sit down or just sit down! Clean with excellent service. As for the chili. It was almost, but not quite, entirely unlike chili. I've heard, "think of it as... different spaghetti." It's different alright. Read more

I'm only rating this a 3 because my husband told me to. We did a takeout order. The sevice was okay but the taste must be an... enquired taste. My husband had the coney dogs he said they were okay. I had a bite and the hot dogs were not grilled like mostconey dogs. The chili is more of a Cincinnati chili, too sweet for me. I ordered the chili cheese fries. The cheese was notmelted. I put it in the microwave and its just like the cheese doesn't like to melt. I took 2 bites and it went to the trash. Ido not recommend the chili cheese fries. If I'm ever in the area again I will not be ordering from here. Read more
On family vacation in Kentucky to see the Ark exhibit and stopped Skyline Chili tonight. It was delicious and our server was... very personable and funny. The food was very affordable. They give soooo much cheese! My daughter loves cheese and asked forextra cheese for her p'sgetti and omg what they gave her lol. If you like cheese and chili this is your nirvana. The 5 comesfrom the service, affordability, and portions. Taste wise it was definitely good but I do prefer Steak N Shake chili myself. Read more
First time trying Skyline and Cincinnati style chili and it exceeded our expectations! We went in a little bit unsure of how... much we?d enjoy it because of the spices (cinnamon, cocoa, etc). We ordered coneys, a 3 way and a 4 way with beans. We wereblown away by how much we liked it! I think it was good we had our expectations where they were and had researched it beforeeating. If you?re expecting a traditional southwest/TexMex style chili you?re going to be disappointed. Get that out of yourmind and think Greek inspired flavors and spices. We went into the coneys first (they are small and not big enough to share.You?ll be happier getting your own) and the flavor was outstanding! We felt like the Greek spices (cinnamon, etc) were very mildand blended in well to the coney. The mustard is a nice addition. Add some of the Skyline hot sauce and kick it up a notch! The3 & 4 way spaghetti plates were good, but the cinnamon did seem to be slightly more pronounced in that dish. Still reallytasty! Next time we are in the area of a Skyline we plan to stop again. You could easily knock back 4 of the coneys. Ourwaitress was super friendly and helped make the experience that much better! Read more
