Service is not bad and the drive thru is usually pretty quick. The issue is that I am extremely lactose intolerant and when I... ask for my coffee to be made with oat milk, 8 times out of 10 it is made with regular milk. This negatively effects me greatlyand makes me not want to go there anymore. Spending $8 a cup on something I cant even drink without getting sick is notappealing to me. Read more

Always out of something. The stars are for the employees. They at least are trying hard. I don?t know who manages or operates... this Starbucks, but the ?Covid challenges? are over. Running out of senseless things that are supposed to be apart of your coremenu. Cold brew, Venti cups, Strawberry Açaí, etc. the list goes on. Starbucks Corporate will be getting a reminder. Fast, friendly service which completed the order exactly as requested. It's what you really want in a Starbucks. Availability... right now can be uneven but the store is open when the hours say and closed when the hours say which makes it a more predictableexperience than a lot of locations right now. Read more

Can't believe there's actually a Starbucks in Dry Ridge! Love the openness of it. It has a more laid back feel to it than most... other stand alone locations. Plenty of plugs and USB outlets. They are still getting the hang of things so they are still a tadslow at getting drinks out. Doesn't help that coronavirus is making it slow and hours are limited. Can't wait until things getback to the new normal. Employees are friendly. EDIT: JULY 2020. Back to regular hours. Indoor and outdoor seating has beenmodified for social distancing. Now that they've been open for awhile, they have gotten much more efficient. The staff isEXCELLENT. Kelly did a good job hiring. Thanks Mae, Becky, Megan, Laura for making getting coffee fun!!! Had to wait almost 10 minutes before my order was taken at the speaker, with no one in front of me. This is the only reason for... missing a star. The staff was very friendly. The restaurant seemed clean. Ordered a caramel ribbon crunch Frappuccino. It wasmade to order and had great flavor. I might try ordering in the app for this store next time. Read more
