Gave me my 2 Frappuccino's, then had asked me to pull forward. Sat there for 15 minutes waiting on 10 chicken nuggets. Watched... half the staff sitting in a booth talking. Ended up leaving and just going back to work after multiple cars passed aftergetting there food. Read more
They were so busy. It took forever to get our food & when we got it there was Ketchup all on the top of my Hamburger bun.
I went through the drive thru a couple of day ago. They pulled me forward to wait for my food. When I got it my fries were... completely cold. I could not even eat them. I just threw them away. Read more
Du quoin Illinois store is very nice and did a great job remodeling due to Covid restrictions. The employees are very friendly.
Chicken sandwich was soggy and cold. 1 bite and in the trash it went. Fries were hot tho.
Fries last week were not as good and hot as previous visits but this is an overall grear experience ???????? great McDonald's
