Ordered the burrito. Right now Pollo Loco is my favorite for fresh fast food ( do those two words even go together?). I loved... their nachos and was sad when I went to satisfy my craving for them only to find that they no longer offer them, but I also lovetheir classic tostada salad, so it's all good. We stopped going to this location. About a month ago purchased a few meals and when we got home we realized the cole slaw was... bad. It smelled so bad. I didn't want to go back to return it but I did call the store to just let them know. The person whoanswered said ok thanks and hung up on me. So rude! Didn't apologize, didn't offer a replacement. Not so great service. We waited over 30 minutes for a 8 piece meal. The food was good.
Ordered for delivery. Order was wrong. Called to let them know. First manager hung up on me without letting me explain I was... missing an item. Second call. Manager gives me options. My options?? 1. Come pick up what was missing. 2. We can partiallyrefund the item(s) missing but you have to come in. 3. At first the young girl that took my order was nice and efficient. When I noticed that 2 people got there order before me. I... asked about my order. They forgot my classic salad!???? Then they forgot the sour cream? When I finally got my salad. It was sadlooking. Looked like it was tossed around ????. The chicken tinga burrito was lacking flavor. I tasted mostly salt and pepper.Very disappointing ????. And the parking was horrendous. The drive through line impeded my getting out for a few minutes more.Sorry, never going back to this location.
