Clean facility with very attentive staff. The gentleman who took our order was exceptional. He was courteous and went above and... beyond. I didn't catch his name; talk lanky guy with glasses. I told him the women's bathroom wasnt producing soap and he andhis staff were on it. Clean bathroom minus soap not working. Read more
I ordered a filet of fish combo with a coffee. I asked for cream and sugar in my coffee. As you can see from the pictures, the... sandwich was haphazardly constructed. And the coffee was black. No sweetener and no cream as I'd requested. They just didn'tgive a damn about customer service. If I were able to give ZERO stars, that's what I would do. Read more
Clean McDonald's in Duarte. They have the whole updated look with kiosks and such, but that's about where the positives end. I... was the only one in the store and only one car in the drive thru, but my one coffee order still took over 10 minutes. Theworkers were milling around and when I walked over to the counter, the manager-looking guy asked another worker "where's thedrink?" "anyone make that?". Blank looks all around. C'mon Man! I was feeling upbeat and decided to get coffee at this branch which I haven?t been to in a while. I liked the new interior, it?s... fresh and clean. I ordered just coffee and It?s been more than 20 minutes now and I haven?t gotten it yet so I followed up andguess what? They just started to make it... talk about a McDonalds without a ready coffee? It?s more than 25 minutes now andstill no coffee so I followed up again and decided to get a refund. It?s chump change but it?s not about the money... so Iexplained to the manager that I?m not mad at anyone, don?t take it personally but this is perhaps the worst service I got fromMcDonalds. She offered the coffee for free but I had to turn it down. I posted pictures just to back up my claim. Now I get itwhy there are less stars on the review on this store.
