I am not happy with this Starbucks! I?ve been several different times & each time i have had horrible service. , I am visually... impaired and either when I am waiting in line and no one is in front of me or when my coffee is done and ready for me to getneither time has anyone spoken up letting me know I am next or that my coffee is ready. I?ve always had to ask those aroundme for assistance, hope something can be done to better improve the service. Read more
Worst service I have seen at a Starbucks. Six workers behind counter with only two working, cashier and person making coffee.... Other four act like they are working. What a shame, cancer person having to wait in line for 8 to 15 minutes just to give theirorder.. This is not the only time I have been there, every week for two months watching this. Not to exclude the staff of Cityof Hope waiting in line also, trying to get back to work.. I will try the one in the hospital next door to see if it?s up toStarbucks standards.. Read more
Let me start by saying that I don't like Starbucks, but this one is a ray of sunshine for people who would otherwise have to... leave the campus just to get something to eat when the hospital cafeteria is closed. In my case, I wanted a sandwich, so Igrabbed a turkey panini and a bottle of water. Unfortunately, I wound up tossing over half of it out because of the peppers andthe overwhelming pepper taste. I would like to gently suggest that they mention peppers in the list of ingredients, and maybehave the condiments on the side. Considering that they have a somewhat captive audience, it would be a kindness to do so. Read more
I would say the wait when I came in this morning there were three employees there so why would it take three minutes until I get... help when there was nobody waiting? I went to pick up my boyfriends meds at the pharmacy, while I waited I went to Starbucks. Surprisingly there was no line so I... ordered a PSL frappuccino no whip. I receive it quickly but it wasn't what I ordered. I got a iced PSL with whip. I wouldunderstand the mistake if they were crazy busy but they weren't!!! Read more
I looked up the closest Starbucks on my map and it took me here you need a pass to get in because it's part of a hospital it's... not a standalone shop that you can just go inside it should not be listed as a normal location. Read more
