We have been going to this Chipotle branch since we moved to the area few months ago because it usually has fresher ingredients... and faster service compare to the other branch. However, when we ordered pick up today, it was surprisingly how small theportion was for a burrito bowl. The portion was at least half of what I usually received. Definitely not a full meal for anadult and not worth the full price of the bowl. This is NOT acceptable and maybe we will have to order in the store from now onto make sure the portion is good. We love the food at Chipotle, but take out orders at this location are very hit and miss. There are often items missing, and... today we got a "quesadilla" with NOTHING in it. Yeah, that's called a tortilla. Seriously! Calling the restaurant gaveabsolutely no help. Read more
Literally been going here since they opened on opening day. The place has dropped dramatically and now they want to charge me... extra when I've literally gotten/tolerated at least a thousand bowls that subsidized the next person in line who didn't havefood allergies because I couldn't ask for extras while they could ask for every item getting well over 7 scoops and here I amover 30 eating like a picky child with hardly 3 scoops of food for $20 because they want to silence my calls for extra! Everytime i've ordered from this location they've gotten my order wrong. They add the wrong ingredients and leave out the ones i... ask for, i've even had to return to the location more than once to have my order done properly. It's quite frustrating Read more
I suspect this location was told to limit the serving size of rice and chicken in a bowl. I requested more because l only get... the beans, rice and chicken. With some hesitation the staff gave additional 1/4 of a serving spoon of rice and chicken. Oh well,I will visit a different location next time. Read more
Food tastes good but it's not what I ordered via doordash. I specifically ordered steak burrito bowl with extra barbacoa. I paid... for it and didn't get barbacoa. Smh. This is why I never get Chipotle. Read more
