Pathetic service!! We went for a week day lunch and the server was in sooo much hurry preparing online orders while my husband... and I were standing infront of the man. He made us wait and asked us what we wanted, having said I am on a no carb diet and toeliminate rice he was in a rush to fill my bowl with barely any peppers and chicken and the same for my (PS: almost no chickenaccording to CHIPOTLE) 1 asked him for just a lil more chicken and he did put 4pieces and said "will charge extra" and he dintadd any for my husband. And while paying he charges me $4 for barely any chicken in the beginning and also $4 Why should I payso much for no service or additional food. Read more
I had no problem w anyone. The customer service were great and the bathroom were clean. The food was great except for the... quality and the taste, not really that much of a taste. Quality and taste were much better in 2015. Read more
I've usually been a fan of this Chipotle but they would not redeem my Chipotle gift card with under $10 for cash, as required by... California law. Now I am in the process of going back and forth with corporate over email. What a drag. Read more
I understand that chipotle give small portions but this Chipotle is giving me the smallest portions of any I've been to in... multiple States 10 out of 10 would never stop here again. And then when I went back to buy a second small serving and I do meansmall that was another $5. Just a heads up stop somewhere else for your lunch Read more
This place is very stingy with their portion, I ordered online and barely found any meat in my burrito, I walked in today and I... had to ask for little more for everything because they like to half scoop their portions. I got barbacoa burrito but there is nomeat in my burrito, this is ridiculous. Read more
They seriously give you almost no food at all when you do a mobile app order. The last few times I've gone it's been absolutely... ridiculous. Their prices are higher than ever and I'm only getting half the food now. Photos attached. These photos were takenbefore we began eating. Seriously, only half the bowl was filled...the employees here need to be retrained. I'm fine with payinghigher prices, but I expect a meal to be filling. If you need to charge more on top of the already egregious inflation priceincreases, that's fine, it is what it is, but don't give us half-filled bowls. This location doesn?t know how to make a kids quesadilla apparently. Ordered two for pickup and they gave us empty shells with... some meat and rice on the side. No cheese even. The bowls were oddly proportioned. Mostly sour cream. The salad bowl has almostno lettuce. They also mislabeled the meals. Read more
